In the beginning of the New Year 2016 r. changes were held in Board of the  SMAY. LLC New Chairman now is  previous V-ce Chairman Mr. Michał Maj. To the Board was included also  Technical Director  Mr. Jarosław Wiche, who is now V-ce Board Chairman  and the Proxy function is held by Mrs. Marzena Maj, Sales Director of the Company  . Founder and  previous Chairman from many years SMAY Mr Marek Maj, demised from the function of Chairman of the Board , but still remains connected with Company.
New Board will continue Company development strategy  which lead to future intensive development of the Company and international market expansion..

Product development is constantly  growing with Research and Development Department performing tests an researches  in own Company Laboratory  SMAY has got four patents and tight good cooperation with polish and international certification institutions. Head Office of the Company is located  in Cracow, and it branch office divisions are located in  Poznan, Warsaw, and abroad in  Dubai.
