The Forest office campus is the latest project to be completed in Warsaw by HB Reavis. It has transformed a previously inaccessible part of Warsaw into one of the greenest business centres in the capital. The buildings have a total area of 78,000 m².

The project’s design takes into account the wellbeing of its users. A special feature of this site is the impressive amount of lush greenery – 200 new trees, and as many shrubs, planted on the public patio, in the urban garden and on the green terraces, offering a unique view of the city skyline.

The design by  HRA Architekci, executed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, won an award from the Polish Green Building Association. It has also received BREEAM Communities and WELL certifications. The buildings on Burakowska Street incorporate a number of solutions that help reduce the carbon footprint, including an energy-efficient façade, as well as a rainwater reuse system.

Above-standard amounts of fresh air are also provided. The project’s design features are confirmed by WELL and BREEAM certifications.

For this project, SMAY supplied iSWAY-FC® product kits for pressure differentiation in smoke and heat control systems, along with SCF400 jet fans.
