Pressure Differential System
The SafetyWay iSWAY® is the world’s first set of products for pressure differential. Compliant with the new EN 12101-6 and part 13 standards. Thanks to the use of an innovative predictive algorithm, the system automatically adjusts to dynamically changing conditions. iSWAY® units are designed for overpressure protection against the smokiness of vertical escape routes in buildings in case of a fire, both during evacuation and during rescue and fire fighting operations. Thanks to a wide range of design variants and available accessories, it is possible to combine even the most complex solutions for buildings of various purposes. Complete aerodynamic and electrical tests were carried out by independent laboratories, confirming the effectiveness, reliability and durability of the units.

Grilles
The SMAY grilles are installed in medium- and low-pressure ventilation systems as terminal units. They can be used for both supply and exhaust air. Our engineers can design grilles according to specific requirements. Choose from various categories of ready-made grilles or opt for bespoke design advice tailored to your project.
We offer a wide selection and excellent craftsmanship, with the option to customise to the individual needs of your investment.

Diffusers
Diffusers play a vital role in ventilation and air-conditioning systems, significantly impacting airflow distribution and temperature in a room. Their primary function is to supply the required airflow while ensuring comfort by preventing drafts, reducing noise, and maintaining thermal balance. Proper selection and placement of diffusers can enhance occupants’ well-being. SMAY offers a wide range of diffusers, that are suitable for various building types, allowing for tailored solutions to meet specific project needs and ensure efficient system design.
- Linear diffusers – Known for their sleek design, they provide even air distribution, making them ideal for aesthetic interiors.
- Swirl diffusers – Generate a dynamic air pattern, ideal for spaces with fluctuating conditions, ensuring rapid air mixing.
- Ceiling diffusers – Positioned in ceilings, they cater to both heating and cooling systems.

CAV / VAV
Flow regulators are used to control airflow through ventilation ducts automatically. They enable the creation of individual climates in each room, taking into account the number of occupants and changing external factors. A key parameter is the ability to configure them for variable or constant air volumes.
They feature quiet operation, airtightness at Class C level, precise regulation, and the possibility of use in areas without power supply. Reliable parameters – thoroughly tested at an accredited testing facility.

Air Dampers
Air dampers are a part of the ventilation system (along with the ductwork) and are responsible for air distribution. These devices are typically divided into airflow control dampers and shut-off dampers. The latter ensures a complete shut-off of the air supply through gaskets on the partition. Below you will find more details about SMAY dampers.
They feature high airtightness, even up to Class C4. Available in ATEX-certified versions. Increased operating pressure up to 2500 Pa. Operating temperature up to 350°C. No plastic components. Hidden drive mechanism. Option for insulating blades and painting.

Air Purifer
The NEF900 air purifier is equipped with innovative SMAY iNAC technology, capturing even the tiniest particles of pollutants circulating in the room. A micro-electrostatic capture module, and a module that changes the electrical charge of the particles to negative which is responsible for ionising the air. Compared to other purifiers, which mostly use HEPA filtration or photocatalysis, the SMAY iNAC has both particulate removal and air sterilisation functions, with a purification efficiency of 99.99%.
Complete room air purification and sterilisation function – 1 unit cleans a room up to 80 m2 in size. Low running costs (minimal power consumption) and maintenance of the unit (flushable cartridge). Quiet operation with high cleaning efficiency. Environmentally friendly – no cartridge replacement required, energy efficient. It is highly usable in various types of facilities: hospitals, medical facilities, educational and cultural institutions, as well as offices and private homes. Versatile use in projects – can be hung on the wall or placed anywhere. Convenient and easy to use.

Power supply unit
ZUP Power supply unit for fire safety systems. Supplies low and ultra-low voltage (up to 1000 V AC, 1500 V DC) to smoke and heat control systems, including fans with frequency converters. Compliant with EN 12101-10 (CE) for smoke extract fans using frequency converters.
Suitable for fire dampers, smoke control dampers, exhaust windows, skylights, solenoid valves, and electromagnetic door holders. Powers both fire safety and comfort ventilation systems. Allows control of the power transmission path. It operates without a second power line (genset or backup). Ensures operation during power outages for up to 160 minutes, depending on battery size and fan power.

Control system
The CSUP Control Panel is designed to manage and monitor devices essential for passive and active fire safety in buildings. It can integrate with Fire Alarm Systems (FAS) and other fire safety systems or operate independently using its own fire risk detection, including smoke detectors and manual smoke exhaust controls. The panel is suitable for use in public buildings, residential areas, production sites, and storage facilities.
The CSUP executes fire safety control algorithms and oversees a range of equipment such as fans, fire dampers, smoke vents, actuators, and smoke extraction systems. It also handles daily ventilation tasks like garage ventilation and gas detection for CO, LPG, and NOX. The panel is compatible with other systems via standard communication inputs and outputs, facilitating seamless integration into existing fire safety setups.

Smoke vent
The SMAY SCD is a high-performance Smoke and heat vent designed for use in ventilation systems to manage smoke and ensure safety in buildings during a fire. It features a robust construction with options for different blade types, drive mechanisms, and actuator configurations to meet various installation requirements. The unit is tested for high airtightness and can handle significant pressures and temperatures, ensuring reliable performance in critical situations.
The SCD supports both manual and automated control and can be integrated into building management systems for seamless operation. It is suitable for use in various settings including public buildings, residential complexes, and industrial facilities. Its design includes features for easy installation and maintenance, making it a versatile choice for smoke control applications.
