HR congress at SMAY headquarters

On 15 June, at SMAY’s headquarters, we played host to a considerable number of representatives from Poland’s field of HR. More than 50 representatives from top-tier companies in Lesser Poland participated in the conference organised by our own unfailing HR Department. What do the worlds of ventilation and HR have in common? The most important thing – people.

Agata Gibek and Daniel Potok from SMAY’s HR Department, together with manaHR, organised an HR congress for the most prominent and influential companies throughout Lesser Poland. Much inspiration, exchanges of experience and an enormous dose of knowledge were shared during the congress with mentors, experts and the most prominent representatives from the field. During the conference, participants discussed such topics as the current industry trends, salary levels, fluctuations, absenteeism and the ability to distinguish between occupational burnout and fatigue.
