A year ago, Marzena Maj won the International Woman of The Year in Fire Safety award in London, and now we have received fantastic news straight from the UK about the nomination of Dr Izabela Tekielak-Skałka for this important and very unusual award. We are extremely proud and are keeping our fingers crossed for our colleague. The strength of the women in the SMAY team is incredible – and the nomination itself is a major success on the international stage.

Research and Analysis Manager, long-time SMAY employee and an incredible support to the entire team in creating and improving innovative ventilation solutions – Izabela Tekielak-Skałka PhD Eng. has been nominated in the Woman in Fire Safety Awards. A year ago, the award and the title of International Woman of The Year in Fire Safety went to SMAY Vice President Marzena Maj, and now another woman from our company has a chance to win the international competition!
