SMAY participated in the Future 4 build conference which took place on 8 – 9 November. The conference is an innovative business platform, which aims to present energy saving and eco-friendly technologies within the scope of building investments.
At the conference, SMAY presented its KTM-ME-VAV Da VINCI cut-off fire damper with airflow regulation function.
The KTM-ME-VAV damper is an innovative device combining reliable fire protection and effective air flow control functions, allowing for savings in investment costs and significantly reducing heat consumption. Its primary aim is to prevent the spread of fire, heat and smoke through ventilation ducts in the event of a fire outbreak. Furthermore, due to the application of an appropriate flow-sensing and control system, it can be used as a VAV device, controlling the air flow rate under normal operating conditions in a building.
