BTR Circular roof flashing
Description
Roof flashing for routing ventilation systems through the plane of a roof covered with trapezoidal metal sheeting.
Intended use
BTR roof flashings constitute an element responsible for transferring the weight of the ventilation equipment mounted on the roof flashing to the roof structure.
Design
BTR roof flashings are fitted with a circular flange, nipple or sleeve connection and are suitable for standardised diameters of circular ducts. Upon request, we can make the holes for the screws in the flange connections according to individual guidelines. The flange connections are initially painted with anti-corrosive paint (to be repainted after assembly) – applies to P = SO finish.
BTR units are normally made of zinc-plated steel with the average thickness of the zinc coating equal to 19 micrometres. Other external RAL colour-painted versions and a stainless steel customised version are available upon special request.
Dimensions
The nominal diameters of the BTR roof flashings are given below. The remaining dimensions are provided by the customer.
