Comprehensive support was also provided during the acceptance procedures by the NFS and before the CFD simulation for the garages and civil structures.

The ZODIC staircase smoke ventilation system installed in the investment project is a set of devices designed to remove smoke and heat from vertical staircases. Smoke extraction from a staircase during a fire is necessary to ensure quick and efficient evacuation of residents from the fire-hazard zones. Qualified SMAY experts provided a complete set of ZODIC-M systems for all the staircases.

Smoke ingress into escape routes may result in blocking the escape routes for the residents of the building and, consequently, endanger their health and lives. The basic functions of the staircase smoke ventilation system include smoke detection and signalling, as well as extraction of smoke from the staircase and household ventilation. The staircases were equipped with a system designed for smoke ventilation by means of mechanically-supplied compensation air.
