Description

The Remote Access System allows service technicians to provide remote diagnostics and technical support for SMAY automation systems through a secure internet connection without having to visit the customer’s premises.

The Remote Access System is compatible with the following automation systems:

SafetyWay Pressure Differential System
CSUP Łoś Fire Control Panel
SmayLab Laboratory Air Management System
iFlow Individual Ventilation System
Power Supply and Control Module in ZODIC-M system
CSUP N-0200 Fire Control Panel
SR-300 Ryś Smoke Extraction Control Panel

Operating principle

The Remote Access System is connected to automation systems via a USB connection. After installation a service technician can connect to the router via a secure internet connection and provide technical support without having to actually report on site.
