Educational activities

We believe that knowledge can be applied only in combination with passion, and therefore we are active in the field of education, engaging young people in the development of modern ventilation and fire protection solutions.

Examples of educational activities of our company

Fire Ventilation Laboratory at the Warsaw University of Technology.

We share our research potential with students—through practice. In 2012, we developed the Fire Ventilation Laboratory in trilateral cooperation with the Environmental Engineering Faculty and PLUM Sp. z o.o company. A thoroughly refurbished new laboratory room and a lecture room, and most importantly technical and measuring equipment for test stations are valuable tools to gain better insight into hydraulic phenomena taking place in the course of fire air supply in multi-storey buildings.

Fire Ventilation Academy—in-house educational programme for professionals

We are the first in the industry to develop our own educational initiatives. The Fire Ventilation Academy—a series of one-day nationwide seminars—can be an example. The initiative was launched for designers, architects, general contractors, investors and fire protection experts from all over Poland. A carefully designed seminar formula facilitates the way the theoretical and practical knowledge is conveyed by recognised experts. In effect, designers and contractors obtain solutions for various issues they come across in everyday design practice.

Master’s and postgraduate dissertations

Over 50 Master’s dissertations, 2 Ph.D dissertations and one habilitation thesis were written based on our innovative products.

Trainee programmes and internships

Each year, we organise trainee programmes for students of the Cracow University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology. We also collaborate with schools with vocational training programmes in installation technologies by offering internships for students.

Students, research groups

By supporting higher education, we believe we help future engineers, designers, installation experts, architects and technical consultants start their careers. We organise training for full-time, extramural and post-graduate students from the departments of air conditioning, ventilation, heat generation and health equipment, cooling and A/C technology. The training focuses on significant design concepts as well as potential mistakes that should be avoided.
