PDB Circular roof flashing
Description
PDB is a B-type circular roof flashing that allows ventilation systems to be routed through the roof plane.
Design
PD B-type roof flashings are fitted with circular flange, nipple or sleeve connections and are suitable for standardised diameters of circular ducts. The flange connections are initially pre-painted with anti-corrosive paint (applies to P = SO finish, for repainting after assembly). Upon request, the holes for screws in the roof flashing flanges can be made, according to the individual guidelines. B-type PD units are normally made of zinc-plated steel of average thickness of the zinc coating equal to 19 micrometres. Other external RAL colourpainted versions or a stainless steel custom version are available upon special request.
B3 roof flashings are made up to a diameter of D ≤ 500 mm as standard. For larger diameters, B2 roof flashings with a transition pipe and PWR/PWII multi-blade damper are used.
