Varso Place is a new showcase of Warsaw. The tallest skyscraper in the European Union is simply breathtaking. Varso Place – a complex of skyscrapers in the centre of Warsaw

Varso Place consists of three skyscrapers:
• The tallest of them is Varso Tower – a 53-storey skyscraper, 230 metres high to the roof, and 310 metres together with the spire. It is currently the tallest building in the European Union. At the top of this innovative building there are two viewing terraces, from which you can admire the panorama of Warsaw.
• Varso I and Varso II are the two lower buildings of Varso Place, which measure 90 and 81 meters.

Spectacular projects require innovative solutions. The idea to provide the most modern ventilation systems by itself is not enough; it must be confirmed by its quality and reliability in operation. That is why Varso Place can enjoy energy-saving and efficient ventilation thanks to the operation of the most effective fire protection systems. In this ultra-modern service and commercial facility, a set of iSWAY-FC products has been installed for pressure differentiation in smoke and heat control systems, including the Safety Way pressure differential system.

Pro-ecological solutions in Varso Place

We are all aware that modern investments must be energy-saving and full of pro-ecological solutions. Varso Place most certainly is, consisting of a number of applied systems, including e.g. energy-saving ventilation solutions from SMAY. The pro-ecological characteristics of the facility are confirmed by the certificates it has obtained, i.e. BREEAM certification at the highest “Outstanding” level or the WELL pre-certificate with the “Gold” rating.
