KE/KK Ventilation valve

Description

A round steel supply (KE) or exhaust (KK) ventilation valve, with manual adjustment of the gap size.

Intended use

KE and KK ventilation valves are designed for low- and medium-pressure ventilation systems. Due to the stepless adjustment of the gap size, it is possible to set the airflow very precisely.

Design

The ventilation valves are available in the KE supply version and the KK exhaust version. They are made of steel and powdercoated in white, RAL9010. They can also be coated in another RAL colour on request. The valves have a control element in the form of a round disk. It is possible to increase or decrease the effective area of the valve by turning the disk, and (in this way) adjusting its working parameters precisely. Once the adjustment has been made, the valve disk is locked in the selected position by tightening up the locknut.

Installation

The valves are supplied with mounting flanges. The flanges are fixed to the space dividers by means of screws. The installation of the flange is carried out by screwing the valve body into the flange.
